KARAIBES RESIDENCE offers classic and superior apartments that are comfortable and fully equipped for a relaxing stay.
In partnership with the KARAIBES HOTEL**, the guests of our apartments can benefit from a variety of facilities and services which are made available to meet the needs of business travelers and tourists.
'KARAIBES' residence is located 50m from the hotel and has private parking.
'Yucca' residence is located 50m from the KARAIBES HOTEL**. All studios are in front of the sea and also offer magnificent views of the mountains of Basse Terre. Ideal to enjoy the calm and tranquility of the sea.
Apartments:
Cleaning is NOT included in the room rate.
FREE SERVICES:
- Access to the swimming pool of the Karaibes hotel** (management reserves the right of access)
- Private parking
- Linen provided on arrival: sheets and towels
- Water and electricity
SERVICES AVAILABLE AT EXTRA CHARGE:
- Cleaning
- Replacements of sheets and towels
- Extra bed (for apartments with living room)
- Unlimited Wi-Fi access within the terrace of the Karaibes Hotel** for one week

FORMALITIES:
A 30% deposit will be requested to hold a reservation.
You will be greeted at the reception desk of the KARAIBES HOTEL**. Arrivals are from 2:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Opening hours are from 7:00am to 9:30pm. Outside of these hours we would appreciate you to contact us beforehand: (+59) 0590 84 51 51.
Payment for your room is to be made upon arrival. At this time you will be asked to sign a general contract and pre-existing inventory (24 hours is given to settle any inventory discrepancies).
Security deposits can only be made using cash or credit card guarantee.
Security deposit requirement :
The settlement of inventory is not done on Sundays and public holidays.
The security deposit is returned at the latest, 48 hours after you have checked out. If no abnormalities are found during our final inventory, your deposit is generally returned the next day. If any damage is found, an invoice will be sent to the client and the deposit will be held until the final settlement of this invoice. If this invoice is not paid within 15 days, the amount on the invoice will be paid using the security deposit and any remaining amount will be returned to the client.
